Abbey has been helping people navigate the tough stuff for as long as she can remember. It's kind of her passion. She's no stranger to the twists and turns life throws our way. As a Certified Addiction Counselor and ACRA specialist (youth-specific substance abuse certification), she has a gift for guiding individuals through challenges with substance abuse, anger management, stress reduction, mindfulness, and more. With a career that stretches back to 1999, starting in the criminal justice and residential treatment world, Abbey brings a wealth of experience to her clients including CBT, DUI counseling, and healthy coping strategies that actually work.

Abbey understands that sometimes we stumble onto paths where our coping skills aren't the healthiest. But the good news? She is here to help you find your way back to balance and wellness with a down-to-earth, quirky approach that makes the process feel a little less heavy. Whether you need substance abuse counseling, help with stress management, or assistance in developing healthy sleep habits, Abbey's mix of humor, empathy, and practical guidance will make you feel supported and heard.

Virtual and in-person sessions are available based on individual needs.

As a certified sleep specialist, I provide expert guidance to help individuals develop healthy sleep habits that promote overall mental well-being. Through personalized sleep assessments and evidence-based techniques, I work with clients to identify barriers to restful sleep and create customized strategies for improvement.

I partner with Wild Souls Yoga to offer alternative support for various mental health concerns. Whether you're seeking emotional balance, stress relief, or spiritual growth, this partnership can help individuals align with their highest potential and achieve lasting healing.
